Frequently Asked Questions

The device won't turn on

Check that the battery is charged and the power switch is in the correct position. Try charging the device for at least 30 minutes.

No Bluetooth connection

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Remove the device from the pairing list and reconnect.

The sound is cutting out

Check that the devices are no more than 10 meters apart. Make sure there are no obstacles in between.

Battery drains quickly

  1. By using less lighting, you can extend the battery life up to 24 hours.
  2. Turn off the device when not in use. Battery life will shorten over time.

The sound quality is poor

  1. Water can block the openings of ZONE's side speakers, making the sound muffled. Water can be most easily removed from the openings by blowing.
  2. Ensure that objects on the table or in the ZONE do not resonate.
  3. With EQ settings 2-5, lower the volume.

Charging not working

  1. Only charge with ZONE's own 18 V charger.
  2. Check that the USB port shows a red light to indicate charging (blue means full).

WARRANTY TERMS

The ZONE speaker has a two-year warranty from the date of purchase within the EU.

Defects will primarily be rectified by repairing or replacing the product.

The warranty is not valid if the defect is due to:

* Customer negligence

* Accident, e.g., lightning damage

* Neglect of operating or maintenance instructions

* Improper handling of the product (The warranty is therefore not valid, for example, in situations where the device has been submerged in water or otherwise used contrary to the operating instructions)
